  1. Colour Selection: When choosing your signature shade, please make your selection carefully, as all hair extension orders are considered final and non-refundable. However, in cases where the received order does not match your desired color, we offer the option for hair extension exchange.

  2. Returns and Exchanges Policy:

    • All sales are final. No refunds are offered on hair extensions, hair products, hair appointments,online ed or in-person education.
    • Damaged or faulty hair should be reported within 24 hours of receipt for eligibility for an exchange.
    • Hair removed from its packaging or tampered with cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

  3. Product Return Procedure:

    • All returned products must be in their original packaging packaged neatly in order to redeem the agreed action by the company. 
    • Shipping costs for return items will be invoiced to the customer.

  4. Education Purchases: All education purchases are considered final, and no refunds are provided due to the resources and services offered. If the complimentary seat provided with online education purchases is canceled, the customer is not eligible for compensation, as the seat is part of a complimentary offer.

  5. Gold Class Hair Extensions Policy:

    • Gold Class Hair guarantees the quality and authenticity of our hair extensions sold to salons.
    • variations in hair colour may arise due to screen differences. While we strive to provide accurate photos, slight discrepancies are not grounds for refund.
    • Salons are responsible for selecting qualified and trained professionals for proper installation.
    • Customer education on aftercare and maintenance is the responsibility of the salon.
    • Gold Class Hair cannot be held accountable for customer mistreatment or improper maintenance.
    • Adherence to industry best practices for installation techniques is recommended.
    • Any warranties or guarantees provided to customers are the responsibility of the salon.
  6. Colour Consistency: Since the hair is sourced from Russia, we cannot ensure that every shade will precisely match the previous batch. Despite our refined manufacturing process aimed at delivering nearly identical shades each time, we cannot guarantee it.
